Datacenter Dungeons Book 2 In The Works

I've hardly touched the book since this blog post, but it's been in my heart and mind. I've dabbled a little bit with having ChatGPT keep track of continuity and motivation and hyping me up. I needed to find something because the book had started becoming much bigger than I'd originally guessed it would be. I found myself at the last writing session struggling to remember a particular detail - maybe it was the color of a car - but the point is, that I realized it was going to be a big task to dig through everything just to find the detail. I hadn't actually envisioned ChatGPT handling it until months later after I hadn't written anything for a while. I'd love to share a little bit about how the book is coming along, it's shape, and direction, so I'll be creating another post for that specifically. Thanks to the great updates to my website, I intend to be much more active on all of this.

It's official. Book 2 is coming.

The first book was just the tip of the iceberg. Johnny McData is up against similar and new foes in the long-awaited action-packed sequel. Your appetite was whet for this brand of speculative modern day scifi, and now you're chomping at the bit to get more, so you're in luck!

It's longer, it's bigger, it's basically better in every way. Get your head out of the gutter, I mean the book! 😝

The book is already half-finished so look for it around January 2026. Though, if I'm being honest it may take a bit more time than that to go through and edit it. If you sign up for my newsletter then you'll be first to know when it's released.
